SHIPPING POLICY
1.All orders are processed within 2 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2.The order processing times are separate to the shipping time.

3, Incase Damages are incurred during the transit due to the transporter it will not be in our scope.
RETURN POLICY
Furniture return requests are to be raised within 1 day of deliver. The products should not have been used or hampered in any manner. Incase the damages are caused due to manhandling at the end of the client or customer staff it will not be in our preview. The Returned products can only be replaced with the same model or a different model of the same value if the same model is unavailable. No Refund will be issued against returned items.
WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN (In limited cases)?
All return requests raised within one day of delivery or assembly (whichever is later), will be accepted under the following reasons:

Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc. Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.

NOTE-We urge our customers to plan the products according to the dimensions. Incase a product is not fitting in a particular space ; we won't be accepting any returns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hours of the order confirmation only if the order has not been processed and any work has not been initiated.
2. A cancellation fee of 8% of the order value will be levied for the same.
REFUND POLICY
Our company follows a NO-refund policy. However in some cases returns and replacements are possible.
